The Nambour Chamber of Commerce functioned very closely to one or Its ideals on Thursday of last week, in connection with the visit of the dele palpf. to the 19th Conejefs of the Chambers of Commerce! of Australia, which had been sitting in' Brisbane for the four preceding days pf that vreek. Asked by the Brisbane chamber if it would recommend and assist in carry ing out an excursion to tambour dis trict, the local Chamber jamped at the chance, and the result was about as satisfactory as could well have been fxpected in the circumstances, and on the short notice.
