OUR SPECIAL TELEGRAMS. SYDNEY. WEDNESDAY NIGHT. AN official bulletin from quarantine to-doy announces that a man named Hutton had died at five o'clook yesterday afternoon, and was buried this morning. All the other patients are doing well. Bir Hoary Parkes' health continues to improve, but ho will abstain from taking active part in Parliamentary business for awhile. Eight more school distx-icts have been proclaimed by the Government in the Murray River district. A second cose of small-pox is now- de veloped in a George-streot restaurant, the patient being a girl named Trovoe, sister of Edtv&rd Trevoe, the first patient. A libel action brought by Hyr&nn, solici tor of Norrabri, against the Daily Telegraph was commenced this morning aud adjourned uutil to-morrow. The cause of action was on account of Hyman'a name boing pub lished as insolvent, whereas ho was pursuing a creditor who enforced oompulsqiy seques tration on another person.
