A Breach of Faith. When gentlemen give their time without fee or reward to the public business and use all their intelligence, experience, and knowledge for tlie pro notion of the general good as they inderstand it, it is a thankless task to iriticise their acts, and satisfactory only o give them the praise so often due for iheir successful efforts.
