That the sum of two thousand four hundred dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the treasery not otherwise appropriated to Charles O. Hardy and A. F. Wrotnewskl, as compensation for the copying and furnishing the laws of the State of Louimaa to the State printer for the years 1)64, l'slh5 and 1967, provided that Charles O.
