With two or threo exoeptions supplies under offer were ample for all requirements. Apart from a rise in butter and a fall in eggs, potatoes, lucerne, and pollard, movements in prices wern of litkln importance. The market for maize if anything hnd a weaker feeling, sales being fairly good at from 3i 3d to 3s 5d for the bulk of the offerings. Anything absolutely free from weevil, however, made the extra penny, namely, 3s 6d. Wheat— Milling wheat 2s Hid to 3s ; ohickwhoat, prime 2s lOd ; inferior broken samples, 2s -id per bushel. Flour. — Oity roller £7 5s, second brands, £7 ; MThxitoba to £12 5s per ton. Pollard. — Quoted to Is Id per bushel Bran. — Quoted to lOJd.
