Windsor Police Court TUESDAY, 2GTII SET-TEMPER, 1882. (Before Messrs. R. Dick and W. Dargin, J'aP.) Thoma! Cross was charged with disobeying an order of the Court-viz., to pay a certain sum weekly into the hands of the Senior Sergeant for tile support ot his wife. There was now a sum of ¿15 due, and défendent liad only recently been released from gaol where lie lind been im irisoned. for three 1 months on a similar charge- He was ordered to go to gaol for non-compliance, until the j amount is paid. Same person was charged with vagrancy-having no -visibie means of support. He prayed for ar. adjournn eut until next Court day, in order that he might produce witnesses. John Devine-drunk in George-street, on the 2.ith instant. Th ie being his first ap- pearance before a Windsor J3ench, he was dismissed with tin's injunction-delivered by the >ergeaut in stentorian tone : " Go thy way HIL 1 sin no more."
