Melbourne for the past week has indeed worn her holiday grab, and right heartily did everyone seen! to devote themselves to the fun of the hour. In the streets, in the train, in the fields, on the rivers, at tihe seaside, in the theatres, and on the sea were to bo seen merry crowds of most con tented pleasure seekers enjoying them selves in a multitude of different ways, as suited their varied inclinations. It is not necessary to particularise the dillbirent. spots or showis wlhilchl were.. nmost patronised-they are all too well known to need that.
