MARLINE BOARD INQUIRY. Stranding of the Confidence at the Bruno. 0wick Rtver.-The Marine Board held an inquiry into this matter, and ascortained that the vessel is a ketch of 44 tons, regis-. tered ,in Sydney, owned by Mr. George lqicholl, and insured. She was on a voyage hence to the Brunswick in ballast, and had about a ton of cargo on bhard. She got on ibore in consequence of the wind failing her at a critical time, and from the effects of an unusual current setting to the northward. She received considerable damage, but was got off, temeorarily repaired, loaded and aailed to this-port The Board found that no evidence had boon adduced on which to found a charge against William Hannan, the the muater.
