Eliza Leeson-This was a case for illegally employing a .hired servant. ; After hearing the evidence, the Bench found that thc information was wrongly laid, as the hoy in question was an apprentice. Case dismissed. Same v. George Leeson-This was a similar case. Information wrongly laid. : Case dismissed. The Bench then proceeded to consider the application of Mr. VV. Winton, for a Publican's License, which was granted. A Slaughtering License was giunted to George Leeson.
