A CASE of great magnitude in iUelf, and of very great interest to many peo ple and counties iii the United States has just been beard before the Supreme Court of Kentucky, in regard to the sale of the Kail Road fromJCovington, (Cin cinnati) A Lexington, in which the city of Covington seeks to recover the inter est she had on that work by reason of having shares in the stock. The road had been sold through procurement of a Director who became the purchaser. The claim is that be be held as acting as Trustee for the company, and for their common benefit. If that view of the act be held as valid by the court, it will be of great interest to ruauy people in Ohio where many roads have been con fiscated by inside managers.
