A vote of the citizens has de cided tl.at Jimie of the officers shall be elected in any other manner, and we have to acquiesce in a system which fuddles some three hundred dollnis unnecessary expense on out already impoverished trea.su ty. The question of "License or no license for the sale of intoxicating drinks," will also be decided today.
