Last night about 11 o'clock while re- turning home from work Theo- dore Horstmann was shot and killed by an unknown party. Mr. Horstmann, operates two gins in the town of Buckholts, atid'as the busy season is now on with the ginners, Mr. Horstmann was at one of the plants working on his. books until a late hour, when he started home alone.
