Volume XVIII LYTLE WILL TAKE FOUR ROLES IN SHAKESPEARE FESTIVE High school students from o ra dius of three hundred miles of Abi lene are invited by the Speech Department of McMurry to come to the department's major produc- tion of the year the Shakespeare Festival. Wor kis going on in full swing on costumes and stago settings. An array of thirty or forty costumes will bo used for the festival nearly all of which are new. Work on stage settings has been in progress for a month and the number of workers has been great ly increased In hope that the bulk of sets will bo completed before the Easter holidays. The McMurry Indians arc on schedule for a two game series with the Bayloi Beais! There is nothing unusual about that if you accept the fact that it will piofoably be a couple of the best baseball games in West Texas this season And if you still continue to wonder I'll make a hcaity attempt to explain the leasons foi the outstanding qual- ities of these games. Baylor is a member of the South- west Confeience a confcience whose teams rank at the top of the nation in all phases of athletics. Bayloi does its share in carrying out this conference reputation.
