ROMAN CATHOLIC. [Newspaper Article] — Corryong Courier — 3 December 1914

KOMAN CATHOLIC. ■\\ e are requested to intimate that Ma=a will lie celebrated at the (Jurryon;; Clmreh tins morning at nine o'clock by the Kev Dr. Klynn. Money in Lucehn-e.—Amongst those settlers who have disposed of their lucerne for fodder for sheep is Mr J. W. Ward, of Ballendella, near llochester, who sold the season's cut tings off G8 acres for tho sura of £800 to a New South Wales squatter who is feuding 3000 sheep upon tho pro duce. Though the price seems good, some good authorities consider that Mr Ward might havo made £1000 more out of his lucerne by cutting and sell ing it as hay in tho following manner: —65 acres should yield £5 worth of hay per acre, or a total of £825, a cut ting.
