THE HOME DOCTOR [Newspaper Article] — The Mirror — 27 October 1917

THE HOME DOCTOR This week we wish to speak just of ordinary bodily cleanliness. No matter how poor we are, water is cheap; and clean water is the best of medicines. The people who are least apt to catch disease are' those who have a healthy love of clean linen and the morning tub. The same underlinen should not be worn at night as in the day. Perspiration clogs the pores, and to avoid this the - nether garments should be frequently changed. .i . 'Fuller's earth is qui^e a good powder to use after the batH; it is wholesome and scentless.
