CHARGE OF FAILURE TO STOP DISMISSED Lesley Hill, of Northgate^street. Unley, was charged before Mr. W. Hall, SJVL, in the Traffic Court yesterday with having failed to stop when con cerned in an accident on August 8. It was stated by John William Nolan that he was driving his car to Oak bank. The car alleged to have been driven by Miss Hill was travelling ahead of him on the Oakbank road. He at tempted to pass it and it swung sharply to the right. His car was struck and forced into the fence. The other car stopped about 100 yards farther on and a man got out of the car. He signalled to him to come back, but the man got back into the car. which was driven away. He subse quently eaw the car at Oakbank, and interviewed the occupants with police officers. It was then stated that Miss Hill was the driver of the car. At the conclusion of the evidence [ for the prosecution the magistrate found there was no case to answer, and dismissed the complaint.
