We havs felt for a long time that our present quarters were inadequate to i>ur necessities; also . the importance of having a place where the inmates of the Institution could breathe fresh air and!have more room for exercise and recreation. We think we have found such a placeand we have ventured to purchase the property of Charles Magargee, Esq., on Germantown avenue. The bouse is capable of accommodating a large number, and has sufficient land well eupplied with fruit trees and shrubbery.
