v TESTIMONY of Inquiry Shows Conclusively That the Maine Was Destroyed by a Mine Exploded in the Water AND UNDERNEATH THE SHIP. She Was Anchored Over a Mine by the Head Pilot of the Harbor and Her Destruction Was Discussed by Span- ish Officers Two Hours Before the Explosion.
