FOOTBALL. RUTHERGLEN DISTRICT FOOT BALL ASSOCIATION. The annual meeting of delegates of the Rutherglen District Football Asso ciation was held at McKay's Rutherglen Hotel on Wednesday afternoon. Present: Messrs O. Haig, president (in the chair), | .T. A. Taylor (Border United), T. Yates (Lake Rovers), C. Denehy and P. Sheri dan (Rutherglen). The minutes of the previous annual meeting were read and confirmed on the motion of Mr Taylor, seconded by Mr Yates. The balance-sheet showing a credit balance of £1 3s was received on the motion of Mr Sheridan, seconded by Mr Sheridan, and adopted on the motion of Mr Haig, seconded by Mr Taylor. Mr Taylor moved that a record be placed on the books, and a letter be sent to Mr J.
