MAFFRA CATTLE MARKET. Friday, December 15. -Messrs. A M'Loan and Co.. Teport: — A largo yarding of cattle at Maflra on Friday.' Our'yarda full, a fair attendance of buyers, but prices all round a shade ensier. We yarded a large number of fats, and sold Rood ?cows £5 14s to £6 ; and other sorts of cows an;l heifers from £4 to £5. Stare Cattle. — 'We sold 160 young bullocks at £4 17s ; 20 at '£4 15s ; 30* steers £3 10 ; 20 at Jt3 7s fid ; ?and several other lines £2 to JL'4 5s. Store Cows. — We sold 12 cows at £4, 15 agod, £3 2a.6d ; and a number of other lots at £3 2s to £3 14. Heifers. — We sold 20 at £2 13s 6d ; 20 poddied heifers at £3 ; and a number of ?other lines £2 2s to £3 10s ; cows And calves, at £4 9s ; milkers and springers to :£4 IBS'; nnd other sorts at full rates. Sheep. — We Bold some small lines from 9s 2d to 10s Gd. At Warragul on Thursday we yarded and i sold a large Dumber of cattle, all classes 1 being represented. No alteration in prices.
