BARATTA FIELD. Broken Hill Expert's Report. The party of mining men which left Broken Hill to report on the new silver-, lead find on Bataua Station (S.A.). returned on Sunday night. They had a rough time, first owing to the break down of their motor car. and later through heavy rains making progress nearly impossible.^ Mr. Ernest V.
