LOCAL AND DOMESTIC. , TOLTOS OPFICB.. FRIDAY, Nov. 28th. - (Before J. C. White, Esq., J.P.) Margaret Salby was brought up in custody charged with being drunk and disrderly in the streets of Drayton. Mr. Kitching, Chieff Constable, 0n being sworn produced extracts from the watch-house book, which proved that the prisoner was on the 29'th July last in   custody for drunkenness. and was repremanded and discharged. On the 3rd August she was convicted of drunkeness and fined twenty shillings. On the 4th October she was again connvicted, and sentenced to fourteen days imprisonment. He considered her an habitual drunkard.   The prisoner was found guilty of the offence, and sentenced to six months imprisonment with hard labor in Brisbane gaol. (Before J. C. White, and John Watts.
