MINUTES.     The minutes of the previous meet- were read and confirmed.   CORRESPONDENCE. From Albert Witchell, in reference to cutting the hedge on his property, and explaining that it was against his idea to cut the hedge at this time of the year. He would be happy to cut the same during the winter. Cr. Tully moved " That Mr. Witchell's wish be acceeded to." This was seconded by Cr. Smedley who said it would be injurious to cut the hedge at the present. He thought they might   look over the matter this time. The President was opposed to the motion.
