It appears that Louis Malkus is a much-married man. It is a pity he did not go to Utah when lie was young. However, his lawful wife resides in Shreveport, to whom he was married on June so, 1900. Malkus has fallen deep into the mire. With his unenviable re cord as a contractor is added this crime. for which there can he no extenuation.
