Sandy, and second Chef Percy Evans take a minute out of their schedule to pose for a picture. Times photo the Pine Forest Racquet Club kitchen and possibly through the swinging doors if one listens close enough. The reason for this odd mixture can be explained with two names — Chef Alexander (Sandy) Paton Wilson, and Second Chef Percy Evans.
