SYDNEY. '(FROM our own correspondent.) 28th Mfiv. 187/5. The Queen's Birthday was observed with tho customary levee and review, and a variety of excursions and amusements. The review of the volunteer force and the artillery, in Moore Park, was a highly croditablo and gratifying display. His Excellency expressed his opinion that the volunteers had made much improvement in discipline and skill sinco he last reviewed them. If we may rely' on the opinions expressed in tho papers,' the attach ment ot liritish colonists, m all quarters of tho world, to their sovereign, is a bond of union thai strengthens with time, aud is ail earnest of the moro complnto unification of the British Empire. Some even speak of tho probability of a federation which shall include all the ' English speaking people,' iii the British Islos, in America, Africa, Aus tralia, and tho East Indies.
