The Courier. SATURDAY, APRIL 28, 1832.   Arrived on Wednesday the 24th inst, the bark Persian, Capt. Friend, (we regret to say that Capt. Plunkett who had sailed with his vessel died at sea 5 days after his departure from England - and his funeral took place at Madeira).
