TKe K. N's. Every political faction thatiias ever sprung up in the Staie of Pennsylvania, says the Tlollidaysbnrg Standard, has ' invariably fallen into the arms of the Whig party, except the K. N's. In the present instance , matters appear reversed—the K. -N's. . have s_wallowed the "Whigs, tooth and toe-nail. Kut then to understand matters properly.it is not necessary that we should state that an exceedingly large.majority of the Whigs arc Know-Nothings, so that they had but a moiety of easily digested matter to swallow. This fact is evidenced in the orgnhization of the Legislature, where a few beggarly crumbs—scarcely as < many as Lazarus asked from the rich man—were thrown to those who have heretofore acted with the Democratic party.
