MEREDITH, We, the jury, find that the Mid William L. icrcdith was murdered by John Considinc, as ifetcd by Tom Considinc, by being struck on tfcc head with a revolver, fracturing the skull if two places, and by being shot in the body three times by John Considinc, each gunshot wound being sufficient to cam death of the said William L.
