Y., July 16 Bernard F. i v Gentscli committed suicide by shoot ing yesterday. !Mr. Gentscn left Mb (house at South Buffalo at 10 o'clock to go for a walk in liis garden. His family saw him walking in the direc tion of a neck of the Buffalo Creek. When "he did not return to dinner a search was made for him. It was found that on leaving the house ho had taken with him a revolver, which he rarely carried, and selecting a place well away from houses and Bidden by a clump of bushes and some trees, had fired a bullet into his brain through the right temple.
