CARLTON COURT. WEDNESDAY, NOV. 29TH (Before Messrs. Craven, M'Murtrie, and Lewis, J's.P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. For being drunk and disorderly in the public streets, Patrick Shea and Jas. Smith were each fined 5s. with the option of 24 hours incarceration. Constable Hannan prosecuted a man named Henry Noone for creating a nuisance. The defendant resides in Rathdowne-place off Queensberry-street, and it was proved   that on the afternoon of the 22nd inst. he deposited a quantity of night soil on the public street. The sergeant of police stated   that it was not the first time the defendant had so offended and that frequent complaints had been made about his conduct.
