Vail, Eqn came to Tuc Bon last Monday having been in Sonor about three weeks trying to secure the murderers of Adams and Flnley, on extradition papers issued by Chief Justice French. Mr. Vail left his ranch in company with Mr. Harvey, who was the duly authorized agent to y receive the prisoners, and others, soon after it was known that the criminals were in Sonora. They went first to Santa Cruz where the prisoners were arrested, but got there about three hours after the latter had been started for Magdalenav Mr. Vail i3 confident thai had the prisoners been in Santa Cruz, they would have been turned over by the authorities.
