A speoial from South MeAlester Boys: The injunction proceedings brought by the uoveruors oi the Chickasaw nnd Choctaw nations to restrain T. A. Bounds and others from fencing lands alleged to be the allotments of Mississippi Choc taws, is exciting much interest in the Territory. As has been said, Judge CloyUti issued a temporary restraining order yesterday. In granting the injunction Judge Clayton stated from the beuch that before considering the case further he would require Bounds and those operating with him to pro duce before the court all powers of nttoruey and contracts with alleged Mississippi Choctaws, and afllda vits from them that none had been destroyed; that those exhibited were tho only contracts taken by them, aud that, if it appears that they had been taken with a view of empowering white people to take possession of and fence up the lands of tho Cho...
