Washington, Dec. 11.—A brief in behalf of Mewra. J. Pierpont Morgan, Robert Bacon and Daniel Lamont, ap pellants, with others, in the case of the United States versus the Northern Se curities Company, has been filed in the United States supreme court by Attor neys Francis Lyndeitson and David Wilcox.
