Senator Aid rich presented the tariff bill to the sen ate today and gave notice that it would be called up Tuesday, the 18th Inst, The time ior the bill to take effect is made July 1, instead of May 1, as pro vided by the house, and the words of the first paragraph, "or withdrawn for con sumption" are stricken out.
