The Leavenworth Times congratulates the Eaglk on its happy and truthful ex planation of how beautifully and harmon iously the prohibitory law works in Wichi ta. The fact is, where theic is so much harmony and unanimity as is found in Wichita there is not anything which could fail to work satisfactorily, not excepting even the law which gives the Times and the saloon keepers of Leavenworth, and the attorney general of the state so much much trouble.
