OVTNEKS Among the recent .decisions of the Supreme Court of Kansas, published in the Kansas State Record, we find the following: 1. Every person who owns real es tate in fee simple, is the exclusive own er, and is entitled to the exclusive pos session thereof. 2. Any other person who disturbs that possession by entering upon such real estate, or by allowing his cattle to do so, without the consent of tho own er is a trespasser. 3.
