AUGUST 10, 1865, Tilt; Commercial Bulletin LOCAL INTELLIGENCE. Rending matter 011 every page of the Buhktin. Virginia Central Railroad. —It is u matter of much gratification to know that the (1 images to this line of internal communication have been repaired, and that the trains which leave the depot this morning, will go through to Jackson's river, which lias been the terminus of the road for some five years. At the beginning of the war the railroad was completed to this point and the grading on the route to Covington, in the county ot Alleghany, was being rapidly finished. The work, however, was suspended by the hostilities but it is more than probable that the ten miles yet to be completed will be finished before the end of the year, and next summer we mny lie able to visit the White Sulphur Springs, of Ureenbrier, by rail. The Central road has proved of groat benefit to the State, and we are pleased to note the iact that its arrangements are now completed, by which it will conti...

AUGUST 11, 1865. liiiuncreial Bulletin 1L INTELLIGENCE. ing matter on every page of tho UEss HySitkm.—Not one of tho ing improvements which have >ra of resuscitation in our midst, is the great increase and comparative cheapness of local transportation. Six months ago the unceasing drain upoii the country districts for all kinds of draught animals had extended to the city, and in many instances the fine blooded creature and the henvy dray horse were sent to the wars side by side, leaving Mr. Mountchayne and Kit KibbeH in the same predicament.
