CRICKET AND RADIO. [Newspaper Article] — The Biz — 24 November 1928

CRICKET AND RADIO. Members of the English Cricket team are delighted with the effic iency of the Australian broadcasting stations, their enthusiasm being partly due, no doubt to the fact that most of them were heard quite well by friends in the English countries when they broadcast over the Nei/ South Wales Broadcasting Company's short wave station last Sunday morning. With so much cricket on the air the company has a certain difficulty in presenting the usual features of the ordinary programme. This is overcome by changing from station 2FC to 2BL at intervals. Both sta tions have been kejSt running with out a break during the whole after noon of the matches.
