QUEANBEYAN QUARTER SESSIONS       The Queanbeyan Quarter Sessions were held before judge Callaghan on the 26lh ult. Tyrie was the only case for trial. Andrew Tyrie was arraigned for that he did on the 8lh November at Billylingra, in the Monaro district, steak one bull, one cow, one heifer, and one calf, the properly of John, Cosgrove; a second count charged the pri soner with receiving the same knowing it to have been stolen. Mr. Gannon appeared for the prisoner who pleaded not guilty. The jury was then impannelled; three jurors   being challenged by the Crown, and nine by the prisoner.         The evidence differed in no material par ticular from that already published, and the jury found prisoner guilty.           Before passing sentence the Chairman called   Mr Cosgrove, who said that although the pri...
