The People, vs, Elisha Adams.v.: Un tne opening of the Court this morning ' , the Jury, whiuh.had been out from about7 o'clock, Saturday morning,appeared, and on l>eing asked if they had agreed, tho foreman _saiei they had not. They were asked if there'was . any probability of their agreeing, to which a negative answer was given.
