The Markets. Reported for the Central Press. Bellefonte, Sep. 30, 1858. We have no.material .change to note in the prices of all k nds of grain, and their still appears, to be veiy little coming into the mills. The receipts are in small "quantities, of superior quality for home consumption. The demand for oats still gives it an upward tendency, and holders are firm at the prices quoted.
