The Gaulois reports that Favre has gone to Antwerp to con sult with the Orleans Princes. Bismarck's illness causes much uneasi ness. The returns from eleven French depart ments indicate the election of Bonapartists Orleanists and the Clerical candidates. There were but few Republicans elected. There was a violent gale along the east ern shore. Six ships "were blown ashore near South Shields, and several lives lost. Numerous wrecks are apprehended. A message was received from the Queen by Parliament asking a dower, of suitable dicnitv to the crown, for the Princess Louise. The message was made the order of the day for Monday.
