Thej tell us, lor example, that there are lets than four and a half millions of whit population in the revolted States, and then proceed to talk grandiloquently fifths twenty WIl'ious of people in the loyal States, as if these figures give the actual relativs strength of the North and South. By what authority our cootem- porarh s leave out nearly four millions of farmert in the revolted States ws know not.
