In today's movement the New York market fall in line with the great European exchanges, which are re flecting the pronounced improvement in financial conditions. This factor in the situation was made, the more po tent by extensive purchases in this market of stocks for foreign account. London today taking perhaps 50,000 shares hero on balance. The upturn was attended by buying on a large scale of bonds and high grade stocks.
