That from and after the 10th day of April next ensuing, no person , shall transact any business or pursue any colling hereinafter specified with out a license signed by the City Clerk and countersigned by the Mayor, under ' a penally of $10 lor each day's neglect so tn take out such license alter the time above specified, and it shall be the duty of the City Marshall to see that the , provisions of this ordinance be duly eulorced.
