BOWRA COURTS. M11. W. Burton Smith, P.M., and Mr. W. Barry, J.P., presided at Bowra courts 011 Tuesday. In Llie police court Denis O'Neill was' summoned by Constable Reynolds for bcin'g drunk and disorderly and for obscene language 011 the Bowra hotel verandah. The defendant did not appear, and the P.M. sug gested that a warrant might be issued ami O'Neitl at rested and brought buck. As this would dntail expense, however, and consider ing the fact that O'Neill was a nuisance of wlifeh the placc was now free, and Lhe police did not want him back, the summonses might be withdrawn. Constable Reynolds with drew the oases. I11 the case of M. Fleming v. L. W.' Ballard,' for alleged threatening language, Mr. McKenzie appeared for plain tiff. Owing to an error in the printing of the information the case was struck out, and a fresh summons is to issue. In the small debts court Joseph Jobe claimed 14s. for cartage from A.
