HARVEST THANKSGIVING. THE ANGLICAN SERVICE. The annual Harvest Thanksgiving service was held in the Anglican Church, at Forbes, on Sunday, in' morning and evening services. The Rev. Tristram Dunstan preached the sermons, taking for his text in the morning "How to praise God." In the large tolerant way of the Anglican Church, the preacher dwelt upon the different methods employed of worshipping the Almighty. In the evening, he chose the appropriate text from the lesson for the day, "This night thy soul shall be required of thee." The moral contained in the lesson for the day, in which it was shown that the acquirement of riches did not justify man in remaining idle, but that he should still continue to work, was pointed out in a very able sermon. The church was appropriately decorated with the fruits of the season, and the products of the field.
