ELECTORAL HESSE. Cassel, 23rd June.— The Government proclamation mentioned on the 21st, as being in preparation, was issued here yesterday. It relates to the re-establishment of the Con stitution of 1631. and tbe electoral law of ISiit. Cassel, June 33rd. — The march of die Prussian troops into Electoral Hesse has been arrested. The Elector has lodged a protest with the Federal Diet against any violation of his territories by the Prussian troops.
