Tito I^luctuated Journal or Australasia. — Since we last noticed thc 'Journal of Australasia,' it has assumed a new feature by the incorporation of tho ' Australian Home Companion,' an illustrated periodi cal which, it appears, had a difficulty in maintaining t\ scparato existence. Tho 'Journal' accordingly now appears in the guise of an illustrated monthly. In other rcspccts, tho plan upon which tho publication was com moneed is still carfied out; and it is gratifying to obscrvo that it meets with a fair share of support from the public of Victoria. It has now reached Us'twclfth numbor, and promises stability, Tho first nrticlo in the present number ia entitled ' Our Model Diggings,'' and in an easy and agreeablo style furnishes liq with a de...
